Jonathan Spooner - Andrecht
My friend Jonathan Spooner just celebrated his birthday the other weekend. I met him a long time ago at Mission Valley Skate Park in San Diego. I ended up running the place for the YMCA. Jonathan, myself and the crew all became pretty close. Good people. Sometimes they took care of me better than I could take care of them… Like I said, “Good people.” We’ve had a great amount of fun over the years and it is really great to see the successful, creative and hard-working person that Jonathan has turned out to be. The world is a better place with him in it.

"Hey dude, You gonna ride vert?" - Cassius Gonzales and Oliver Fick planning the future.
Everyone gathered at the B-Team complex on Sunday for a BBQ. B-Team ramp lord- Mancha and his wife Courtney are some of the most gracious and down-to-earth folks that I’ve ever met. They opened up their home to everyone. The vert ramp is perfect, the vibe is mellow and all ego is banished outside of the property line. The crew had gathered together and bought Mancha a new BBQ grill which they presented to him. People were ripping the vert ramp, watching, eating, laughing and celebrating the good life and Jonathan’s birthday.
